Q: Can you use Ammu-Nation shooting ranges in GTA Online?

In GTA Online the Ammu-Nation stores with a shooting range still have a different icon on the map from the stores without a shooting range, but when I go into them I don't seem to be able to use the range. Is the range disabled in Online, or do I need to level up to unlock it?

Q: Main story missions not showing up anymore (ps3)

After doing the "Surveying the score" mission on GTA5 it appears that I cannot progress any farther into the story. No markers for main missions are on the map for any character, but I still have access to things like Strangers and Freaks, street races and such.
