I'm reading over meta.gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/5282/… and thinking about the looming wow 5.0 patch this week. There are dozens of questions about situations that can no longer be encountered in the game, and no one can play an older version.
Many questions should get updated answers (I plan to do a bunch!), but many other questions are just not relevant any more. I hope there's some plan on what to do with them.

I'm not so sure about the "no one" part ...

no one can do so legally.

@MartinSojka And we don't care about "private" servers. At all.

@fbueckert We don't? Ok, that's news to me. Let me check the FAQ and the Meta on that first.

@MartinSojka We're not lawyers, but you can't run your own WoW server legally.
Or are we going to start debating legalities now?

3:05 PM
private servers for many games are fine, but you have to steal something to run a private wow server

That depends on your jurisdiction.

Q: What does "team collision" in CS:GO means?

StupidOneWhile joining different types of matches in Counter Strike: Global Offensive, I noticed in some of them Team collision is turned on and in some off. I didn't noticed any differences. What does "Team collision" means in CS:GO?

And no, I don't want to discus legallese, I really didn't know that was the policy. So I'm checking right now, BRB.

@MartinSojka Like I said, we're not lawyers. But for the most part, if it's an iffy grey area, since StackExchange is based in the US, that's what we go off of. That's why we don't talk about piracy of any form.

Only thing in the Meta I could find which is semi-related:
10
Q: What's the official stance on hacked/modded consoles?

John RudyIs it legitimate for a user to ask a question about a hacked or modded game console, provided said question is about gaming on it? For example, would/should we shut down a question about running MAME on a hacked classic XBox?

Seems most people take the stance of "no help hacking/modding/setting up, but sure help with gaming on them".

3:10 PM
@MartinSojka Yeah, that's a fine stance, as the question is applicable if you're playing it legitimately.

FAQ only has a semi-related point as well, to avoid the following: "Piracy, and support with pirated games." Thing is, playing on a private server can, but doesn't necessarily have to involve piracy.

But, riddle me this: does Blizzard provide a service to play an older version of WoW?

Others do.

Or does Blizzard provide their codebase so that users can set up their own servers to play older versions of WoW?

No, but again: others do.

3:12 PM
@MartinSojka Doesn't matter, unless it's provided legally.
Either way, unless it's provided and condoned by Blizzard, it's theft of something.

Not so sure about WoW in particular, but there are open-source "clean" servers for Lineage II, for example.
Those are legal, NCSoft can't do anything about their existence.

@MartinSojka And THOSE are fine.

@MartinSojka as I said, private servers are fine for most games.

We're discussing WoW specifically here.

How's WoW (an MMO) any different from Lineage II (also an MMO, from the same era)?

3:13 PM
@MartinSojka WoW is not open source.

because blizzard protected their code.

Neither is Lineage II.

As a sidenote, did NCSoft open-source their code for Lineage 2? Really?

People made their own implementation of Lineage II game servers by reverse-engineering the protocol.

@MartinSojka It involves support with pirated servers
so it's also off-topic

3:14 PM
@MartinSojka Technically, I think that's still illegal under the DMCA.

@fbueckert No, they didn't.
@fbueckert It wasn't done in the USA, so DMCA doesn't apply.

@MartinSojka So how are those legal, then?

@fbueckert Because they are clean-room reverse engineered software? This was always legal.
There is even a Microsoft vs. IBM ruling about it, where IBM claimed Microsoft was breaking the law when reverse-engineering DOS and creating their own. IBM lost.

Regardless, questions asking for help with pirated servers are off-topic.
You're better off asking the server provider himself

@MartinSojka And then the DMCA came in, which made reverse engineering protected code illegal.
But, either way. Pirated servers bad. Off-topic, full stop.

3:17 PM
anyhoo, I've just spent the last few minutes looking for those "dozens" of questions that are no longer applicable, and not finding a single good example, I'll withdraw my question as to the plan to handle them.

@fbueckert ... and then people just moved the teams to Europe, and nothing changed.

@MartinSojka Gotta love how companies exploit loopholes in the very same laws that reportedly allow their continued existence in the market to begin with

And you can't run older versions of WoW. So any questions pertaining to previous versions imply pirated servers, so they get closed as off-topic.

@DavidB uh, questions about minecraft boosters for example? I think we actually ended up deleting those ones

wtf, I got a 'nice answer' on a question that isn't even a day old

3:19 PM
Seriously: The legality of such servers isn't the question. The are undoubtedly legal servers for most major MMOs (I think EVE might be an exception). They often run older versions of the game, sometimes for practical reasons (newer version isn't supported yet), sometimes as "classic" servers.

because "you can't have creativity without copyright", "you can't have innovation without patents" obviously. Nothing of value was ever devised before the 1300s

@MartinSojka Actually, that's the WHOLE question.

@badp makes sense. So, if I did see a WoW question that can't be otherwise salvaged, I should flag it?

@DavidB I dunno what the community consensus is. I haven't received replies on my answer so I don't suppose the community hates it
and then it should be closed too localized and perhaps deleted
but my answer's only at +1/-0 so I have no idea

@fbueckert No, really, it isn't. Do you really think NCSoft wouldn't shut down l2j by now? It's hosted in Germany, they had (until recently) a German office and presence.
Anyway, didn't you want to avoid the legalese stuff?

3:23 PM
@badp I guess I'll just keep alert and wait for a decision, thanks

Problems with running the servers are obviously ServerFault's thing.

@MartinSojka Yeah, I did.
But you're arguing the whole legalese bit.

@MartinSojka wrong - it only goes on SF if you do it for a living

@fbueckert If I were arguing about it, I'd cite you the relevant court cases. I don't.

We don't do the murky, "But it's legal where I live, so I can ask this."

3:24 PM
I know it sounds kind of silly but it is true enterprise-level stuff has enterprise-level hardware in enterprise-level cases and enterprise-level operative systems running enterprise-level software with enterprise-level problems etc. that come with it

@badp understands the argument much better than I do, I believe. I think since SE is based in the US, we take their stance on what is and isn't legal.

@fbueckert I'd rather not go on what's and what's not legal at all
We're not lawyers

@badp Okie dokie. Sorry to pull you into it.

nah, it's fine

blame @Wipqozn

3:26 PM
I'd rather we use our very own policy about it - if it's about piracy then it's off the island

I'm not quite sure what we're talking about, but any questions are about piracy it's off-topic. No exceptions.

@fbueckert By taking that stance, I don't see the problem with helping people who play with older versions of whatever MMO they want. That's legal in the US, as long as you legally obtained the client at some point.

even if you live in Warezistan

@MartinSojka What part of "We're not lawyers" are you not understanding?

The SE team does kind of cover this in its content policy
but it's under this line:
> Illegal Use. Stack Exchange may not be used for illegal purposes. Examples of this include using Stack Exchange for fraudulent purposes or operating a phishing site (used to obtain account and password information).

3:28 PM
@fbueckert Yes, I know. You're not lawyers. :)

Is aiding people in doing illegal stuff legal? Who knows!
(and who cares!)
We're not lawyers. All I know is that most of this community generally feels strongly against piracy and then that's how we'll roll.
This also means that if it bothers you we can open up something on Meta to discuss about it, but still I'd rather we didn't talk about what's legal and what's not
If it's not legal, the SE staff will let us know
they've got actual lawyers and stuff I hear

So do I - I wouldn't be able to do much money programming stuff if it wasn't for strong copyrights around here. So I'm obviously against piracy in any form, since it's threatening me with not being able to join fun and work (sure, sure, I can always do some other thing).

@badp y'know, I like that viewpoint much more. Don't sweat it, the SE team will tell us.

@fbueckert Well if we could avoid having the SE stuff scold us all and forcibly delete 10% of the site and write a blog post about it, that'd be better
:P

The perception of private server = piracy in the community is what we currently have.

3:31 PM
@MartinSojka eh, I'm 50/50. I feel lengths on both patent and copyright laws are too damn long.
(especially when those who own the monopoly aren't interested in sharing)

@badp Patent law can go do hell.

@MartinSojka So, if you want to argue about whether or not questions about private servers (and previous versions of WoW) are allowed, you'll need to change the community viewpoint on it.

Patent law is the main reason I even had to dig deep into the whole IP law and learn a good part of it. Which sucks, law is like programming for morons.

@MartinSojka So copyright laws encouraging artists to keep creating decades after they're dead makes sense?

@badp No, but apparently, if you throw lots of money at decision makers, they think it's a good idea.
So, you get to create one huge thing, and sit back and never create again, and get paid forever for it.

3:33 PM
and feed your grandchildren with it

@badp No. I'm fine with having copyright for works I create until I die. My descendants better fucking get off their lazy butts and create their own copyrightable work.

And for the record, I am rabidly against copyright and patent law. It's completely anti-innovation.

(to be honest it's got to be a pretty epic thing to net you profits until then, most of the time copyright simply means your book/record/program stops printing/airing/running and that's the end of it.)

Copyright is fine in principle, but today's time lengths are crazy and not sustainable, of course. Which is why there is already such a backlash in form of GPL, CC and so on.
Anyway, we have to work with what we have and tell our politicians what we want changed any chance we get. :)

@badp Yeah, but when you have tons of "copyrightable" material under your belt, you can just continue to remix and re-use, over and over to keep the profits coming.

3:36 PM
also I'd like to know how many patents does a text-only "Hello world" program infringe

Just look at Disney!

As for the perception of "private server = piracy", I seriously have no idea where this comes from. Blizzard's marketing department?

@MartinSojka How does it NOT?
You have to actively LOOK to find the code to run a private server.

@DavidB Yep. The guy made a profit off Blizzard's IP. The fact that he made a profit was what was illegal, not the fact he ran a server.

3:38 PM
I can imagine stuff like "GREETING BY MEANS OF A COMPUTER PROGRAM TO INDUCE A SENSE OF HUMAN INTERACTION WITH COMPUTER USERS", "DISPLAY OF UNNECESSARY TEXT MESSAGES BY PART OF A COMPUTER PROGRAM ON A COMPUTER SCREEN TO AID THE USER IN THE USE OF A PROGRAM" or "DISPLAYING OF MESSAGES BEFORE THE END OF A COMPUTER PROGRAM TO SIGNAL THE CORRECT HALTING THEREOF" being actual patents

@MartinSojka It's probably against their terms of service to run servers that allow people to access WoW without paying Blizzard

> E. host, provide or develop matchmaking services for the Game or the Service, or intercept, emulate or redirect the communication protocols used by Blizzard in any way, for any purpose, including without limitation unauthorized play over the internet, network play, or as part of content aggregation networks;

@badp and this is why software patents are stupid

@murgatroid99 We could get into the whole "EULA are not enforceable, etc., etc." discussion here, too.

3:40 PM
@fbueckert You have to google for it, you mean? That's not really that hard. :) And the facts are simply that: If you can legally obtain a client for the server (easy for most) and can get or create a server with software which isn't infringing on any IP law (open-source, clean-room reverse-engineered stuff without any assets from the company), you're clear.

@MartinSojka And here we're getting into legalities again.

@murgatroid99 Yes, which is why private server people shouldn't really agree to those ToS. That's easy enough: Never click "I Agree" on anything to that effect.

You're not going to convince me it's legal.

@MartinSojka I don't think people can just reverse engineer all of WoW. Or at least, it wouldn't be worth it

If you want to shift community perception, write it up on meta.

3:41 PM
@fbueckert Oh, ok.

even if you write the code, you still have to steal their art assets

@murgatroid99 As is the case with all networked services, you just need to reverse-engineer the protocol. WoW's isn't anything special in this regard.

@MartinSojka And the entire game. There's probably a lot that's only on the server

@DavidB No server I know makes use of art assets. Sure, it would be possible that there is one such, for anti-cheating purposes and whatnot, but I don't know of any server with it, official or not.

in order to play, you have to have a server and a client. the client can't be modified to connect to your private server (violates the client software agreement)

3:44 PM
@murgatroid99 Well, the game engine, yes. You have to write your own. You can make one inspired by the official one (which is fine, ideas can't be copyrighted), or you can create your own.

so, you have to write a server and a client and make your own art assets. now, is that wow anymore?

@DavidB Oh, come on. You're in control of the whole network stack of your computer. You don't need to modify the client to make it connect to whatever the hell you want.

@MartinSojka and as @DavidB said, how do you legally get a copy of the client without accepting the TOS

that would involve
> intercept, emulate or redirect the communication protocols

@murgatroid99 Depends on the game. Not playing WoW, so I can't tell for that, but for Lineage II, NCSoft put up full downloads of the client on a few different places after each major update.

3:46 PM
you can get the client, but you can't use it to connect to private servers without breaking the agreement

@MartinSojka and you don't have to accept the TOS to install them, the way every other piece of software works?

@murgatroid99 Just unzip it and run l2.exe, IIRC.

why do you keep bringing up lineage when we're talking about wow?

@DavidB So that means - at most, if you even accept such EULAs to be valid - that people who use the clients are in breach of contract with Blizzard. Contracts aren't the law though. This isn't illegal, this isn't breaking any law - Blizzard (and nobody else!) just can demand damages.
@DavidB Because that's the MMO I actually know pretty well inside and out, so I try to avoid talking about things I don't know enough details about this way.

the basis by which blizzard can demand damages is a legal one.

3:50 PM
It's comparable, both are simply MMOs with very similar EULAs.

@MartinSojka And that's why we specifically said that we don't answer questions about piracy, which is not exactly the same as illegal activities

@DavidB Yes, but that's still between Blizzard and the other guy.

it may not be a criminal act, but you are still breaking a software agreement - aka pirate

@DavidB ... breaking a licence agreement is not piracy either.

breaking a license is the definition of piracy

3:52 PM
Nope. Piracy is copyright infringement. Totally different part of the law - IP law vs. contract law.

"Software piracy refers to the unauthorized duplication and use of computer software"

Breaking a licence agreement also isn't automatically illegal - that's for a court to decide, case by case. Some such agreements can be deemed null and void as well.

@MartinSojka unauthorized != illegal

"Software piracy is the practice of making, selling, or using software in a way not allowed in its user agreement."

Are we seriously still discussing this private server thing?

3:53 PM
@Wipqozn seems like it

Make a meta.

@DavidB WTH is this crazy definition from?

Methinks we've strayed a bit from discussing what to do with questions that are rendered irrelevant due to game updates.

@DavidB Where is this from?

they fall under piracy, which is off-topic. If you think this should be an exception make up a meta.

3:55 PM
@Wipqozn Nobody is arguing in favour of question about how to run private unofficial servers.

@MartinSojka Then what are you all arguing about?

@JasonBerkan oh yeah. On that topic, I added my own answer to that question
@MartinSojka wait, what? I thought that was what you were arguing for

@Wipqozn Questions about older versions of MMOs, where the only way for the question to be useful is by not playing on an official server. Notice: playing on such a server (which is legal everywhere I know of), not running such a server (which ... depends).

I just googled "What is software piracy"

@MartinSojka Is off-topic.

3:57 PM
@DavidB Please google the relevant law texts about it instead.

@MartinSojka what you're saying is true for many games, but not for wow... to do so is piracy
and I will not go google the law

@Wipqozn ... on what grounds? I tried to find anything on FAQ or Meta, but it doesn't look like it.

@MartinSojka we don't have to use legal definitions here to decide what is off topic

@MartinSojka It's in the FAQ
> Piracy, and support with pirated games.

@Wipqozn I quoted that part. And it doesn't apply to all such cases.

3:59 PM
@Wipqozn and so it begins again

I like this picture

@MartinSojka If you feel it shouldn't include private servers, feel free to make a meta.

@badp what about it?

@Wipqozn Welcome to the conversation. :P

3:59 PM
It feels like Italy-style grandeur, Italy-style organization and Italy-style maintenance :P

private server for a game where the developer released a server binary? or is the use of unofficial servers prohibited in the EULA?

@murgatroid99 I'm pretty sure an agreement about what is off-topic or not on Meta is fine too. :)

it's a different time in each of the gates of entry to the S OF AMERICA. Some gates have no clock at all.

@Wipqozn It obviously only includes those private servers which involve piracy, and doesn't include those which don't.

@MartinSojka: Whether or not we allow a specific type of question is something which should be brought up in meta. It shouldn't just be limited to chat. If you feel so strongly about this, make a meta.

4:01 PM
@MartinSojka but since we can't tell, it's safest to just assume that if a game does not explicitly allow private servers (the way Minecraft or TF2) does, we should not take questions about its private servers

I don't feel strongly about it (though if you'll start deleting old-version questions for Lineage II, I will :)), I just try to understand WTH some of the wrong ideas like "private server = piracy" come from.

I also like the white-and-blue signs routinely covered by signals and placed on exit lanes too
with each sign covered by a different set of STOP HERE sign

Q: LAN not working with my brother

AnonymousMe and my brother want to play Minecraft on LAN, it has worked before but today it has decided to not work. On his computer we can see the server but can't connect, and on my one, his server doesn't show up at all. We are both on the same update, we don't have any mods, and the direct connect doe...

@Lazers Oh thank Zeus, another Minecraft lan question. We really don't have enough of those.

@Wipqozn Apparently not, as we keep getting them.

@fbueckert Yup.
Each more equally vague than the last!

@Wipqozn And the answer almost always is, "That's not what a LAN is."
This one seems different, but still.

4:46 PM
@fbueckert Based on the information he's provided it seems identical to the one you linked.

@Wipqozn Except we now have a "It's worked before!" going on, too.
Which, in basic troubleshooting terms, means, "What did you change, moron? Change it back."

With every passing day I hate troubleshooting questions more and more.

@Wipqozn Have you ever worked a help desk?

@fbueckert Nope.

@Wipqozn that one is so true

4:50 PM
@Wipqozn Be glad of that.

Also holy crap I love this ReMix:

My one single call center tech support job was just supporting a single product.
So we weren't just tech support; we also had to know how the software worked, and how to do things in it.
This was financial planning software. Just math. Lots and lots of math, but still math.
One of my co-workers gets a call from a financial planner one day. Nothing unusual; those are the people we talk to everyday.
This planner, however, was asking how to implement a very specific scenario in the software.
He had never heard of this scenario before. So he googled it.
Turns out, it was one of the top ten IRS tax dodges that are illegal.
When the planner was informed that what he was trying to do was illegal, the reply he got was, "I don't care, tell me how to do it."
The planner was NOT happy when he was told that we would not support him in doing something illegal.

@fbueckert Had that same problem at my old job. We wrote the software to match the law. Users didn't want to obey the law. Fun times.

@JasonBerkan Yeah. It's a bit worse for a planner, though, as they're being trusted with other people's money.
So knowingly recommending something that's illegal is a major ethics breach.

@fbueckert In my case, it was the government that wanted to disobey the law. Strange, but true.

4:58 PM
@JasonBerkan That's...interesting. I would've loved to have been there for that conversation.
"So, wait, what? You want to disobey the laws that you helped create?"

@fbueckert Sort of. Our users were municipal governments and they wanted to disobey provincial laws - so they weren't directly involved in creating them.

Have already looked through questions and none of them answered the problem... My problem doesn't seem to be because any of the things in gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/79252/… So I don't really know. — Anonymous 4 mins ago

@JasonBerkan Still, that makes a fantastic precedence if someone gets hauled into court for that exact thing.

ugh. I hate tech support questions. I really do.

They can point to the government doing the same thing, and go, "My authority figures are doing the same thing."

5:01 PM

So, my last tech support job involved DOS software. Talking computer illiterate people through arcane DOS commands to determine the problem was not fun. "Where's the star key?" "No, you don't have to read C:\> to me every time."

Dear everyone,
Screenshots in Minecraft are far more helpful than awful ASCII schematics
That is all

@JasonBerkan Part of my tech support was ensuring the software worked on the client's computers; seeing as how the DRM used was STUPID restrictive, we'd often have to remote into the computer to help out.

@JasonBerkan I don't know how DOS manages to be so much worse than gnu+bash (they're essentially the very same thing!)

I can't count the number of times we'd remote in, and the planner has a naked person as their wallpaper.
2

5:05 PM
@Wipqozn I hated them until my computer stopped working, and then I posted a couple SU. And then they didn't help, so I still don't like them

@fbueckert I loved it when our clients finally got modems and I could remote in. Makes support much easier.

JonathanWhat you are looking for is a t-flip flop. Just search Google, you should be able to find one that suits your needs.

@murgatroid99 Hey, if he wants to insult me, that's his prerogative. Just as it's mine to go, "You're a moron, and you get no help from me."

@fbueckert I agree. The difference is that I probably would have actually insulted his intelligence if you hadn't commented first

5:22 PM
@James Mother of God, how did I not know this show existed?

@Wipqozn I don't think it's NAA either, though. Since he mentions t-flip flops, he actually gave some (marginally) useful information

@murgatroid99 He just gave a google search term.

@sjohnston You live under a rock?

@OrigamiRobot Haha, Table Top is awesome :)

It's a great show.

5:22 PM
So somebody find a page that explains T flip flops and edit in a link

I hate Wil Wheaton!

@Wipqozn I'm just saying that I think "use a t-flip flops" is a valid answer, even though it's not a useful one

@murgatroid99 ah, I see.

Yea it's just a horrible horrible valid answer.

@OrigamiRobot So I recall :) Which also makes table top just so much more awesome :)

Oh snap. One and a half more days until Guild Wars 2.
@OrigamiRobot anyone who doesn't vote to re-open is a terrible person.

@Wipqozn I'm a little surprised I voted to close it.

@Wipqozn I would buy this, but I wouldn't have long to play before Borderlands 2
@JasonBerkan You were just following your fellow J names

@OrigamiRobot I'm holding off on Borderlands 2 until Christmas.
Well, not christmas per say. Just until the Steam sale, at which point I'm sure it will be one sale for 25%. I'm not that concerned with picking up Borderlands 2 anytime soon, so I figure I mine as well wait. Plus I'll be busy with Guild Wars 2.

@Wipqozn This new patch has given D3 a whole new lease on life. I'll be spending quite a bit of time playing it.

5:33 PM
@fbueckert Yeah, I'll probably play that again at some point.
I've recently acquired a free copy of Batman Arkham City, so I'm planning to play that after I've had my fill of Guild Wars 2.

@Wipqozn @StrixVaria is excited about it. That means you really should be coming back. :P

@fbueckert He was excited about Diablo 3 too, before it was released.

@Wipqozn Exactly. Which means it takes something major to make him come back.

@fbueckert I'm well aware of the major changes, but Guild Wars 2 > Diablo 3 > Your Mom > Burn.

I think everyone should pay attention to anything @StrixVaria is excited about. It's either really good or the apocalypse.

5:37 PM
@Wipqozn Poor, poor turtle. Has to resort to a bottom of the barrel internet joke to get a burn in. I feel sorry for you.

good news @MarkTrapp! More shitty minecraft lan question! I know how much you love them.

It's Mark Trapp and his pinwheel!

user2334
I don't know what's going on but I'm scared and there are wolves after me

@OrigamiRobot At this point, @StrixVaria will just go, "Not now, gaming." to whatever is rude enough to attempt to make him stop.

@OrigamiRobot His pinwheel always reminded me of the Umbrella corporation. I've always assumed he's secretly in charge of an evil corporation that makes zombies or something.

5:39 PM
@MarkTrapp I told you that wolf repellant was no good!
Anyone wanna play MvM?
eh?
anyone?

I do!

I'd play if I wasn't at work.
Although if you guys were still playing in roughly an hour I'd join you.

@Wipqozn Ditto
Stupid people with no jobs, gaming when I can't.

@fbueckert I do have a job! I'm just not there today.

5:43 PM
@Wipqozn You've been saving that for awhile, haven't you?
@OrigamiRobot My point stands.

@fbueckert No sir.

Also, hello John.

Q: How to join a match by IP address in CS:GO?

StupidOneI'm having trouble figuring out how I can connect directly to a server via IP. How can I join a server in CS:GO by using it's IP address?

@Wipqozn We've still got our own MvM server, right?

@fbueckert Yes.
It was pinned on the side, but I think @badp took it down because he hates us and doesn't want us to be happy.

5:45 PM
@Wipqozn I get home in four hours. You must continue gaming until then.

@fbueckert I might take it down at some point, but the launcher will always be around.

I'm gonna have to experiment with various things next time I play.

@fbueckert yep

There's no real reason to improve anything beyond the minigun and the heavy himself.

@Wipqozn what? I pinned your conspiracy theory and you still aren't happy?

5:47 PM
@badp When I said us I meant everyone else. I'm quite happy my brilliantly awesomely handsome joke was pinned.

that's a meaning of "us" I wasn't previously aware of

@badp xus

user2334
us for most significant values of us

A: RegEx match open tags except XHTML self-contained tags

bobinceYou can't parse [X]HTML with regex. Because HTML can't be parsed by regex. Regex is not a tool that can be used to correctly parse HTML. As I have answered in HTML-and-regex questions here so many times before, the use of regex will not allow you to consume HTML. Regular expressions are a tool th...

I haven't seen anyone post that in a while

Well, time to swoosh. tortoise swoosh

@OrigamiRobot Re: RE: Re: FWD: Re: RE: RE: Fwd:

@MarkTrapp I hate email programs that auto append this to the subject without checking to see if it's already there.

5:55 PM
@OrigamiRobot That's on my favorites list

But if I don't post it 27.5 more times, my crush will not kiss me at midnight!

@OrigamiRobot Here, let me solve that problem for you... pulls out shotgun
Have I mentioned how MUCH I abhor those stupid email chains?

@fbueckert I don't even know what you're implying you will shoot. Me? My crush? The email? Midnight?

@OrigamiRobot All of them

@Wipqozn I stopped playing D3 2 months ago and thought I wouldn't want to play it again for a year.
I figured Blizzard would make it playable eventually but not so soon.

5:58 PM
So are you actually playing MvM?
