If you stack +heal instead of +attack power you don't do any damage anyway

its a waste of action bar slots to try and dps once you're in full healer gear

Right.... But would it be beneficial to use a damaging resource generator? (they usually give 1 resource for both weapons)

TBH, I rarely even use blood abilities

and if I do, I'm always in a situation that I can use my own health as the resource

since AR attacks do leech for both you and your defensive target

so if I use angelic aegis with 0 blood, it puts a DOT on me, but the DOT is less than the passive leech damage from my AR abilities

That kinda makes sense to me. So I get away with using just a Fist/AR builder. That' great. Thanks for the insight.

so in terms of what you're leeching for yourself, every point in AR reduces your damage but every point of Heal Rating increases your healing

I'm only in half healing gear and it's effortless to heal groups that don't stand in bad stuff

I think the game is designed in a way that everybody needs to severely outgear the content before you can ignore mechanics

But I think that's a good thing. If you can't ignore mechanics, everything becomes kind of a "skill-test" and even DPS can't just brain-afk-auto-shot everything.
