My family apparently doesn't know how plugging in cables work(s).
It's the fourth time I've had Internet troubles this week only to find out that the problem was easily solved by pushing the cable in until it clicked.
I find the best way to do it is to use three fingers, one per lane. If that doesn't work, just try experimenting with different variations of where you hold your hand. Some people play with two fingers, some with only one (except for the multi-note sections, obviously).
@GnomeSlicE sorry bout the delay. I'm working on your coin right now. the problem was that you uv map got sort of messed up after the mess smooth, extrudes, etc. I'll propperly create the map for you and do some simple textures. You can take it from there.
@QAzer Not really, it was just going to be floating next to the name 'arqade community' at the end of a short trip through a 3D environment much like the one in that ONN video I linked.
@GnomeSlicE that would probably take a while to do (1-2 weeks, from storyboarding to rendering) then who know how long to render it. a quick 5-10s eyecatch intro might be more feasible

@Ashley i dont think its as big as that, just that the person said coding cause they thinks that needed.... the only thing close to being codeing is the permissions system i think

@GarethJones I think you should stack it like how you have it on your youtube bg, but horizontally instead of vertically. Since it's your name most of the focus should be on those 2 words. Also "i" before "m" ;)
@GarethJones I mean stacking "Layman" and "Gaming" (so it's laying) on top of each other so it reads horizontally. no need to adjust the tracking (letter spacing) of "Gaming." For "Making Gaming Simple," try to right justify "simple" and increase the letter spacing to give a bit more emphasis to it (it's not very noticeable since "making gaming" is bigger than "simple").

@GarethJones Yeah that works. Now do something about the. You can nest tagline in the empty space there. Try to use a different font (but not too different) so it's not confused with your logo title

@GarethJones this is just me being picky, but the current font choice feels a bit stiff. I recommend looking a square-ish shaped block font to loosen it up a bit more :p
I know that there's an SE site for Game Development so I know those questions are right out. However, what about questions that are related to the industry but aren't covered by Game Development, such as game journalism and other 'meta' topics?
@GarethJones I mean it hangs on the 'connecting account' thing. It often takes it 10 minutes or so on my shitty connection, but it never goes anywhere at all on my laptop any more.
@GnomeSlicE It would be cool to shape the title text into a guitar, while maintaining 75% of it's readability. I also like the top one a lot bot than the bottom one.

@Gnomeslice I think one is warranted, 5 seems a bit much. I hesitate to defend him too much, given that I think he's totally wrong about the edit itself. After reviewing the meta topic, I like the idea of opening a better question, then closing this one as too localized or exact dupe.
That lets the community decide, without forcing him to accept the edit.
