Q: What determines whether or not an enemy heals for full health?

Sometimes, in Diablo 3, an enemy heals for full health. I can't really find a pattern to when they heal. I know it seems to occur after I die but I can't really figure it out beyond that. What determines whether or not an enemy heals? Does it differ depending on what difficulty your playing?

Q: Why does Disintegrate make more damage than Ray of Frost?

According to the spell description Ray of Frost make 215% weapon damage and disintegrate makes 155% weapon damage. However if I enable the damage numbers in the option menu I can see that I deal more damage using Disintegrate (besides, enemies DO die faster). I've tried it with a few monster type...

Q: Can Master Chief be a leftie?

Q: Can you add friends on the PSN website?

I looked in the 'friends' section of the PSN website (http://us.playstation.com/myfriends/), and I couldn't find any way to search for other friends to add. Can this be done on-line or can it be only done through the console?

I believe there's a gaming blog editors chat room, I'd suggest starting there and if you don't get a response, maybe a meta post or ask around in chat who the blog admins are so you know who to ping.

Q: Is it possible to recover from a "last stand" when your rival doesn't kill you?
