Q: With blue buff nerf, is Chalice of Harmony becoming much more popular?

As a 1550 player, I've begun picking up this item on a couple of champions to try it out. It seems to give a LOT of mana regeneration when you hit that 'sweet-spot.' Have any of you guys started getting this item more often yourself?

Q: What is the purpose of disguising yourself as your own team?

In Team Fortress 2 as the spy, when you change to your Disguise Kit, you are presented with an option to change the team you are disguised as. Why would you ever want to disguise yourself as someone from your own team? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the disguise kit?
