Q: Why isn't Riot implementing dedicated ARAM and ARAB game modes?

I think with the amount of players that enjoy these game types, Riot should consider these changes. So many people get tired of solo queue trolls, long drawn out losses in normals and would rather play a shorter game or ARAM or ARAB instead.
