I wanted to know if anyones aware if the Stackoverflow team is working on a printable view for the Q&A's. It'd even be cooler to have it output to PDF format for a very nice print job. :)
It would be awesome to have a feature like that.
Anyone got any good links for this? Or some advice on how to get these last few spots, I'm currently at 99.7%!

Okay, I have an SMP server and I don't want monsters to spawn near my spawn area or anywhere within it. Also, I have built castle walls around it and a huge house (which keeps getting destroyed), but they still spawn inside; is there any way to fix this?

Note that I'm not concerned with how the different stats affect healers. I realize a less-spiky damage intake is better for healers, making mastery more desirable...
