So far, I can only think of a handful of achievements I've farmed... the Demoman "kill 3 enemies without laying any new stickies with the scottish resistance" was one of them.
For instance, I personally am a lot better Sniper with the Huntsman bow than with the sniper rifle... bow gives me more mobility, plus does a high amount of damage if you pull the string back for a second.
(150ish with no headshot, as I recall)
It seems like I'm still missing a few medic achievements.
One is a clear farming achievement... Uber two people at the same time.
Still, they need to rebalance 4 of the classes unlock times, as the other 5 (Sniper. Spy, Soldier, Demoman, and Engineer) require less achievements for their unlocks.
They're like 5, 12, 17 for those 5 classes and 10, 16, 22 for the other 4.
