What is the 'kill an enemy plumber-style' achievement in borderlands? What exactly do I need to do?

In Borderlands, I often see gun descriptions with things like +40% damage. Is this percentage pre-applied when I look at the damage stat? Or do I need to mentally add 40% to listed weapon damage when comparing weapons? How about for rate-of-fire? or reload speed?

Games like Day Of Defeat and Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising run way too fast (x2) but even if I change the affinity in the task manager so the games use only one CPU, there is no noticeable change whatsoever and the game continues to be in fast forward and unplayable. Any idea what to do?

I doubled my computer's ram from 2 gig to 4 gig of 800 mhz ddr. Why would it make Windows 7 desktop animations twice as fast (2x) and all games twice as fast and unplayable??? Is there any way to add my two gigs of memory and not mess up my computing experience???

In early alpha I remember Minecraft videos showing slimes deep underground. I think you would attack them then they split into several smaller slimes. But I've never found a slime for myself. In what conditions can you find slimes? Are they definitely still in Minecraft?
