What is going on
@ThomasWilbur Sorry, but Minecraft is a little too off-topic, here. Have you tried Arqade?
Sorry
Never mind
02:57
This is ridiculous:
$ sudo apt-get autoremove && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following packages will be REMOVED:
abootimg account-plugin-facebook account-plugin-flickr account-plugin-google
acpi-support acpid activity-log-manager activity-log-manager-control-center
adium-theme-ubuntu aisleriot alacarte amarok-common android
android-tools-adb android-tools-fastboot android-tools-fsutils
app-install-data-partner apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu appmenu-qt apport
Is this the only way? I'm a bit nervous on doing this!
Don't worry just try it
02:59
Well, I guess once I do this, I'll have to try to get them back. Okay, here goes...
Actually all these files are auto remove which means that they are not needed

But I use some of these on a regular basis! Audacity, Cairo-Dock, LibreOffice... I'm currently running Unity, which is what I'm about to remove!
OK
Run the command
then reboot
After you did that we can install unity back
Then libreoffice and etc.
@ThomasWilbur Sorry, I was typing.
