I have kind of a down now. My renovation project is lagging and I am unsure on how to proceed. Mainly because the civil engineers at our location don't want to deal with our new tax deduction, as they are liable for the conformity. I could do the work without the new tax deduction, but I am kind of unwilling to let it slip away.
