@IanC - The rust converter usually does a great job. It will be a while for rust to come back in the areas where you applied it, if it ever does at all. I think you've done a fine job. I applaud your initiative and willingness to learn. As @Martin said, you'll get there, so don't fret it too much. Your main intent here was to stop further rust from occurring (or at least spreading). I'll bet you've done a fine job at that!

Q: Which manufacturer produce spark compatible laser?

This question just doesn't seem right for the site ... what do you all think?
To me, at its essence, it's a shopping question ... at a bear minimum, they are looking for a specific product which could be produced by any manufacturer. Maybe it's just the way its worded?

@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 yeah tbh it pretty much is - I hadn't really thought about that. Yeah the fact that they are wanting to purchase a product that doesn't exist yet is kind of irrelevant to the fact that it's still a shopping question
 
@motosubatsu - to me it's the "who makes this" part which is leaning it towards a shopping question.
