@Mołot Yeah, sadly I have nothing really smart to add. I've had a similar completely wacky issue where a certain write never reached the DB. I never worked it out. I ended up opening a new PDO connection to the db and a manual insert. Ugliest hack of my life, but after several days of debugging, I had made no progress.
