I purchased a preowned Wii U with 11 game discs, the system itself is the Zelda Wind Waker HD deluxe edition. If I add my Nintendo ID and remove the old one does that make the game on there unplayable for me?

Planning to re-transfer to the new card from the old 3DSXL. Did not delete on the last transfer and noticed that I only had 3K plus blocks after reloading MH4U. Decided to get a 32G card but didn't see the version I had listed on the recommended list.
