also chemistry is still quite young and needs some developement

Anyway, to clarify a bit: You can get help from both sites, just not with the same question at the same time.

A question can be migrated within the first 30 days, it can always be deleted and then asked on another page.

the point is a dynamic equilibrium between the three states/phases. So it is not a state by itself.
