I've used some bold text inside a code block for this example. Is this a good idea, or is it useless / too obnoxious ?

@JonasCz I think it's a good idea in general but you've used too much. Maybe only the String string : strings part. I don't think the System.out.println call is really what you want to emphasize.
Also, you might consider renaming the variables in the example. If you don't already know Java, it's just confusing to have the word "string" with three different meanings in the same line

@JonasCz The ability to create new tags is about 70% done right now. Kevin is out for the next two weeks, but Jarrod and I should be able to finish it up. Not sure if we're gonna roll it out before Kevin gets back, but if not, then shortly after for sure. (cc @michaelpri)
@JonasCz 150 characters, if memory serves. We really need to bolt on some character counters to input fields all over the place.
@JonasCz I think that's something we're gonna end up playing by ear a little bit. I'd say "try it out" and we'll see how it looks/feels?
(And now I'm done pinging you for the time being. :))

@FrancescoMenzani that page was still called "Hello world" when I added the example; it's a shame that the rest of the page has changed around it

@DanHulme Good point. I can't really think of a suitable alternative, any ideas ?
make the text in the example meaningful, then the name can be descriptive
e.g. if the strings are sandwich fillings, the array can be "fillings" and the variable can be "f" or "fill"
@DanHulme Good idea, will do that when I have something else to add / edit on that topic.
@AdamLear Awesome ! I've got some questions about tags, how they'll work and how to use them, asked here, if you want to check it out.

@JonasCz Sure thing, I'll take a look.

@DanHulme That section is for the Very Beginnerâ„¢, and is supposed to be read the very first time, when no other information about Java is recognized by the reader. While your example might make sense in that case, the code is a bit advanced, and therefore may cause confusion.

@FrancescoMenzani it was written for someone who knows what a programming language is, but not about Java
