Well, Yesterday one guy was sick. we have fingerprint/biometric and RFC badge on almost every door. Now we have 30% of people calling sick this Morning(only 20+ and counting). How to professionally tell the patient 0.. that he is a "petit con" Don't know any kind English insult.

This seems more a paranoid personality disorder than suicide, but it's still very dark, and the guy obviously need help

also, it's hard to know how to behave, as he seems to refuse any help in comments

I get the feeling that the "death" comments aren't a real and present danger here but rather an expression of urgency. I've left a comment, I'm not sure we need more than that right now.

I'm perfect, it's everyone elses problem. They perceive me wrong, they don't know me it's not me I've done everything right but now I'm gonna pay with my life

His job approach can't exactly be perfect if people are rejecting him. If his CV is "polished" to this standard of thinking I'm honestly not surprised

maybe we had bad words/phrasing and he feels harassed. Maybe we shouldn't assume his mental condition. But still, all we want was to help him. And not only he rejects help, but he tells we are bigots wanting to harm him. As at least here, people want to help him, but he has the feeling that people want to harm him, we can make the hypothesis as not everyone wants to harm in in real life, and that the problem is elsewhere

She's saying you can become aggressive when spoken to in set periods of times when she hits "lows" (I'm assuming this is pain and cramp)

I don't think mental state is an argument based off the question (imo)
