I've never had to use this on the neighbours, they know I can disarm them with it, a machete doesn't stand a chance... It's a weapon of peace, but how it works doesn't disarm the person painlessly, they would be lucky to get away with a broken arm. It's a peace weapon because there is a chance of the person surviving, a bit maimed and broken, but alive.... most Polynesian weapons are designed to kill with one blow.... gruesome chaps back in the old days. Thankful I live in a more civilised time.
