Comments are not for Meta discussions
Meta is were we should be discussing whether a question (and its core topic) is on or off topic, whether it would be more suitable for another site, etc. I saw a couple of Meta discussions going on in comments, and that's not really a good thing:

^^^ We need to start enforcing this. Big time. I see far too many comments arguing that a particular question is either on or off topic.

The company I work for has no written policy against using company time for personal communications and entertainment (Facebook, Skype, Youtube, etc.). It is expected that everyone balances their use in a professional way in order to do their work.

There are 36 users per page, so you'd want to count how many pages of folks w/500+ rep, then count the page where the cutoff is between 500+ and 500-, then subtract however many people carry diamonds, which I think would only be about 4, then that's how many we have now.
