Here's a head scratcher: Canada's population - 38M, total Covid19 cases - 1.7M, deaths - 28 thousand. Bangladesh's population - 165M, total cases - 1.6M, deaths - 27 thousand. Comparison of population density: Bangladesh - 1265 per sq. Km, Canada - 4 per sq. Km.

Reporting error cannot account for that big of a difference.

Natural immunity?
