@RichardSaysReinstateMonica Can't help but agree. It's been rather... excessive lately. It feels like we used to have a lot more helpful comments. On the upside it means there's less work to clean them up. Before we had to purge and then undelete select comments that actually contributed or had questions that OP hadn't yet addressed. Now it's all just discussion.

@Lilienthal I noticed the trend early last year. I had flagged more in 3 months than I had flagged in the prior years. The trend seems to be accelerating.
sigh the bloodbath begins. Krampus has come to my workplace.... layoff notifications to 40 people, right before the holiday.
