Pretty much what you're already doing, just with a little more structure/planning. Something like "lets take the nautilus tag and clean it up this week"
Well, think about it. I hit the "add room owner" button instead of the "invite to new room" one, so you can still say "no, i don't want to do this". :)
they haven't said anything, mainly because this was something that was going on before the election (i was primarily running things), but since the election we started the cleanup competition, and that kinda pushed the whole thing out of the picture.
