@user340082710 Probably not, if it's the question I suspect you're referring to. It seems like a good question, but we just might not have anyone here who knows the answer. Another option, if you get no answer after the bounty period expires, is to click "flag" under the question to flag it for moderator attention and ask a mod to migrate it to CSTheory.SE. Maybe someone there will be able to answer.

@user340082710 plz link to it specifically. but yeah as DW says, if a question gets no answer with a bounty, a 2nd is not so likely to attract any more attn, esp at the same price, although increasing the price has some possibility. what was the original bounty? etc... anyway bounties carry a risk as youre noticing...
