@кяαzєя I guess that's a fair point, and I'm not going to try to rebut it - I have heard the same criticism in other venues as well. I can certainly make an effort to tone it down going forward.

@кяαzєя Well, uh, okay. I notice that Frosteeze, in particular, is still apparently unhappy about it because he got the impression I was threatening to spam the site with pornography (Which I wasn't! That was simply the absurdum to which I had reductioed Eric's argument!), but aside from that, I don't really see the problem. I would probably handle that discussion the same way today, perhaps with slightly fewer exclamation marks.

I've decided to run after all. At best I'll become cannon fodder for senshin, and at worst I'll win. Wait, should that be the other way around...?

@senshin That's fair. I understand the point you're coming from. Some users may overreact and feel that it creates an unfriendly and sometimes antagonizing. Some ppl are more sensitive about these thing and may take it the wrong way. I know that we can't all get along all the time, but whenever possible a bit of tactfulness would be much appreciated.
