@Peanut a) you flagged something, but somebody disagreed or b) somebody else flagged something, and you disagreed. And for both cases, the mod shared the opinion of the "disagreer". So if the mod follows the "disagreement", both flags get marked "disputed" (there is no way to mark them differently).
