Just got this to review: android.stackexchange.com/review/suggested-edits/36286
It does change the question/quite a big revision but seems legit, what do others think?
Also how do people request for a question to be reopened?

it seems legit, but now it's not clear what "the Cicada" is
I wouldn't make edits like this because it looks odd to edit the device names out of a question when usually the first comment on a question is "what device"
sure, in this case it makes no difference, but the questioner isn't to know that
@Peanut also, when a closed question is edited it goes in the reopen queue automatically
