People who are still checking/finalizing before filling out the form: a couple of people I've been in contact with, this one, plus this one total, in theory, about 300.
I'm hoping for one more donation, which could bump those numbers up to 900+ and nearly 1300, respectively.
If all of the potential distributors listed above get realized, I think we should definitely do B&W. If none of them do, we should probably do the color cover. If some of them do, it becomes a judgement call: Print nicer-looking books, and give some/all people fewer than they asked for, or print B&W, give everyone (to date, at least) ~what they asked for, and still have additional supplies to try to give away.
My inclination, I think, would be to err on the side of more, and then just keep soliciting distributors until all copies are accounted for. I can keep shipping them out until around a week before R"H.
We don't need to make a decision until the moment the print order is placed, and that won't be until I release V1.0 and then give at least a couple of days for community vetting. So, probably not before Sunday night. Hopefully, not too much after.

The following is a proposal. Please edit as you see fit or post critiques or alternative schedules as answers. This schedule assumes, tentatively, that a print run and distribution will take place. Complete Wednesday, July 1: Post request for links Complete Due Wednesday, July 1: Post solicita...
I will, beli neder, release V1.0 tonight, and ask for final vetting and proofreading by the end of Saturday night. On Sunday night, I'll apply final fixes and put in the print order. I did not move the due date for sending out packages, since we want to make sure people have them on time. That leaves 11 days for Staples to send me the prints, and then for me to turn around and send them out. I expect that to be sufficient.

Bullet points. Brackets. Square on the first bullet point, round on the fourth. Any reason for this discrepancy?
The first sentence of Ariel K's second paragraph interests me. Is teshuva accept so that one can change one's ways (i.e., for the reason that), or is teshuva accepted, therefore one can change one's ways?
If the former, as is is grammatically fine. The first time I read it, I assumed that the second meaning was intended, and that it was wrong. Only when repunctuating it did I notice the possibility of the first reading. This may be merely due to my unfamiliarity with the concept. If the first reading is intended, leave it alone.

@TRiG Thank you very much! Your help is invaluable. Your efforts, combined with those of @Scimonster and @msh210, create a shield against errors that's not easily pierced.
