Q: How should one refer to knights (& dames) in academic writing?

@YannikZimmermann It looks like it could be interpreted as an off-topic shopping question if you are asking for a list of programs. The way you've framed it as looking for a resource that is a list of programs is sort of a middle-ground that is more often allowable. My guess, though, is that the answer to your question is "No" which unfortunately is both not that helpful to you and not a great question on the site because it's much harder to claim a resource does not exist than to claim it does.
@Nick Most professors would prefer that you focus more on trying to learn the material and less on trying to game the examination system.
