StefanI dont understand now Is there any relible evidence of underrepresentation of LGBTQ scientists in STEM fields? [closed] is closed, with no explanation how is this out of scope when the question about race was on scope? Can moderator inteven?

When one declines a review because the paper is outside their field of expertise, the journal would better not ask for suggestions for alternate reviewers...
