@D.Hutchinson I never feel it reasonable for one to ask others talking topics in physics not in his favor to move to other rooms to talk, but this occurred in h bar.
And moderators shockingly supported this domineering person and asked those people talking topic not in his favor to move their chat to other rooms.
@D.Hutchinson is there a rule stipulating which topics in physics should be talked in h bar? If no, it's like any topics in physics can be talked and nobody has right to ask people talking topics not in his favor to move to other room to chat.
there are so many topics in physics, unless h bar has many subsections each with different topics, otherwsise everyone can talk physics topics in his favor.
@D.Hutchinson if there is sich a rule, that room should state which topics are in topic definitely in the room spefication. but h bar doesn't.
h bar is often overwhelmed with people each talking different topics, so there is this kind of conflict. If in this room, there are usually few people chating, so this kind of conflict never occurs.
@D.Hutchinson but I don't really feel other people talking topics not in my current interest would interfere with me much; I can easily concentrate on my topics and ignore others' topics not in my current interest. So I don't understand how that kind of conflict would occur.
@D.Hutchinson the plantiff in the drama of h bar also dislike people talking about food in h bar. He revenged by asking those talking about food to move their food posts to other room. He said he is not interested in what the moderator eats in lunch. I think I am that kind of person, too. I am not interested in what others eat in lunch unless there are particular reasons.
I just can't understand why some people like to take pictures of the food they eat to show others.
I just feel food is just for eating and has no contents worthy of talking.

@Discretelizard oh, I think the phrase "your own fellowship" is used quite weirdly. I consider fellowship is a honor awarded to someone. Of course a honor may include money. But how can one award the honor to self?
