@StrongBad Maybe have a look at questions versus answers? Also, does that include downvotes that are on closed/deleted questions? Some of those users leave comments that likely explain at least some of their downvotes. If anything I think sometimes people are too wary to use the downvote feature (myself included), a lot of quite bad answers simply end up with no votes either way.
