Wow we have some serious critics/reviewer 2s in our community: data.stackexchange.com/academia/query/510280/100-top-critics do we know why users with greater than say 40% of their votes casts are down votes are voting that way?

@StrongBad I guess that some people down votes anything they disagree with, just for the sake of it.
