But given you are a trainer, you might be able to help out a lot of folks there ...

Especially if you have studied peered reviewed articles on exercises

Or if you generally read such articles ... so you can use them as sources ... or may be some YouTube videos ...

AFAICT the only site I find with almost consistently well-informed tips and opinions on health is Verywellfit
