@CowperKettle Without more context, I would say "package". Printed information included with prescription drugs is sometimes referred to as "package inserts".

@CowperKettle I agree you need "the" there. It would be too informal I think to write "The infection causes red, itchy, peeling skin"

@snailcar - were you taught in school that which should be used only in non-restrictive clauses? And do you as an American feel which to be out of place in restrictive clauses?

I feel like I used to know this part of grammar and have forgotten.
