@lollel123 The problem with language is I guess the deeper you go, the more is there to say that would remain interesting and relevant to someone genuinely wanting to learn
This is further complicated with linguist egos and disagreements, and that as I type these sentences English is already changing.

@lollel123 That's the sort of question which would really work well on the main site. It's not straightforward to answer why would is used in that sentence.
