The situation was quite dire this winter there.
Mr. Kozitsyn said to the public in that town that he is not a Mother Theresa to help them out with ecology.
Yet he is willing to spend RUB 3 billion oh a huge church.
A mysterious man. I don't know why he doesn't spend this money to improve the environmental footprint of this factories instead.
Maybe there's some criminal scheme for hiding his billions via the Church, which is exempt from a lot of taxes in Russia and has been known for its criminal money washing schemes in the past.
