Daily idiom “dish it out”. I made fun of hockey one time, and now the entire team is teasing me every time they see me. Well, if you can’t take it, you shouldn’t dish it out.

ell.stackexchange.com/a/174898/3395 What's up with images in this user's posts? Are they encouraged? Can I spice my posts with random videos, too? I sure hope ELL supports embedding that stuff.
Also, how do I initiate deletion of useless answers like that one?
Like, what reason should I give?
What do I flag comments such as ell.stackexchange.com/questions/174878/… as now that the "chattiness" reason is gone?

Never mind, I'll ask on the meta.

@userr2684291 Too chatty became part of no longer needed, which is now not relevant. Neither of the new wordings really works, but you can use the flag anyway.
No longer needed worked well for me, though.
Not relevant is something else entirely. What's with SE's prioritizing design over clarity, accessibility and user-friendliness? Geesh, so greedy.

@userr2684291 It didn't really, though.

Sure, there were lots of comments which were needed at one time, but then later on were no longer needed.
Anonymous
But lots of comments were never needed in the first place.

That wording discouraged you from using the flag, even though it was the right flag for that sort of thing. And those comments outnumbered the actually obsolete ones.

Now not relevant is supposed to mean something like "This comment doesn't suggest an improvement on the post, or it suggests an improvement which has already been made".
Anonymous
But you can't really condense that down into those two words.
Anonymous
Lots of unnecessary, chatty comments are actually relevant to the post in some way.
Anonymous
But if you read between the lines a little and don't focus too much on what the words seem to literally mean, you can keep using the site as usual.

Thank you.
So, I guess relevant there might mean "meaningful, valuable".
But I liked no longer needed. As in your services are no longer needed.
