@CowperKettle Anyway, I think the best dictionary is 'Oxford Russian Dictionary' and the best grammar is 'A Comprehensive Russian Grammar' by Terence Wade. I think I can just use Assimil's Russian With Ease course which goes from beginner to B2 level.
