There is no 'formula' for a Nobel, so nobody in the world can know it.

I'm trying to rhyme a translation of the Russian poem about sea

Hard..

Basically I translated the Russian "only by the sea!" as "Seashore, that's it" (0:

To cramp it closer to the original meter.
