I read the question and the answers on the other post, and I think they don't really help this asker.

While we say 'Who are we?', we say 'Who is to blame for who we are?'

If that is what you want to say, maybe rewrite the sentence.

Do you want to say that the only thing in the drawer is the mobile?

Or do you want to say that the mobile is the only thing to be put away?

Or do you want to say something else?
