@sam I should know this... it gets frozen after... 14 days? You can flag any message and ask a mod to unfreeze it. I'd say just post in here once every 2-3 days until Ubermensch joins you

For what purpose?

@sam To flag a message for moderator attention, hover over any message, click the down arrow on the left-hand side of the message, and click "Flag for moderator". You would do this is a message is offensive / needs attention. You could do this also if the room goes 14 days with no messages and gets frozen, and you need it unfrozen

Only flag message if they need attention however (flagging is not a toy :-)

@sam They are moderators. They came when I flagged a message in here to ask them to associate this room with CogSci instead of AskUbuntu. You can tell that they are moderators because their names are blue and they have diamonds

And Ben is the #2 user on the CogSci site, he's probably just here to see what other discussions are going on

@sam It still does, but when you @username someone, it notifies them across the entire network to let them know they have a new message. All chats are public, anyone can view them, including unregistered users and search engines
