@Adám I've discovered recently that the ~ diacritic's sound in Portuguese is unique to it. People who don't speak Portuguese often can't pronounce it, and I actually don't have a clue on how to explain how it's pronounced >.>
@totallyhuman yeah, that's kind of it. The problem is the actual pronunciation of it for someone who doesn't speak it natively, a lot like the rl digraph in English.
