This is a code golf challenge I thought of with a mathematical bent. The challenge is to write the shortest code possible such that is an open question whether or not the code terminates. An example of what I mean could be the following piece of python code, adapted from an anwser to this cs stac...
@Qwerp-Derp You need something that isn't of the form "it's unknown if infinite solutions exist", but is of the form "it's unknown whether this applies to everything"
@Qwerp There might be a problem. The code (including the original) also considers the pair (1,n-1) which matches for e.g. n=8. This might miss counterexamples, so the range in g should probably be range(3,n).
@Pietu1998 Not that, I mean information. Not only the internet, but TV networks rely on data now. No more pumping microwaves into the air, pretty much all internet-based (or at least dependent).
@Pietu1998 Do we? I've never voted online, always by absentee ballot. And I imagine electronic voting machines that do connect online can save their vote data locally.
