Q: Can't detect corner test cases

tanvi98Problem Description A company manufactures walls which can be directly implanted at the site. The company uses small square bricks of material C and material D which have similar looks but have a huge difference in quality. The company manufactures walls of square shapes only to optimize their co...

If [tips] exists and [fastest-code] exists, is a [tips] [fastest-code] question essentially a [performance] Code Review question?

I guess.

A: Sandbox for Proposed Challenges

RazetimePlot a circle code-golf graphical-output Given radius \$r\$, center coordinates \$x\$ & \$y\$ (in pixels), draw a rasterized circle without the use of any helper functions. The Challenge Plot a circle, point by point on the screen using the formula \$(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2\$, or any other formula th...

@isaacg if you look at the vertical part of your solution, you'll see the first and last column have a half trident at the bottom. the horizontal part has a half trident at the top right, but you have your "tricky routing" at the bottom right (the exit). my trident exit just has the half trident, with the exit along the bottom instead of along the right, so it tucks into the half trident.

A: Sandbox for Proposed Challenges

Dannyu NDosMega Man My first polyglot challenge, enjoy! Validness of a program In this challenge, a "program" doesn't take an input. This challenge doesn't care of any output, though. An invalid program, either: Doesn't compile, or Compiles, but the program doesn't halt. A program is valid otherwise. Th...

- What is radiation-hardening challenges?
- A type of challenges that HighlyRadioactive can't solve.
- What does A stand for?
- Another port of this answer.
- In an Esolang enthusiast's point of view, what is PowerPoint, Minecraft, and Stack Exchange?
- A programming language, a programming language, and a programming language.

@HighlyRadioactive Is it possible to program in Stack Exchange?

@mypronounismonicareinstate Who knows? :P

Can Stack Exchange test for primality and add two numbers?

@JohnDvorak In an Esolang enthusiast's point of view not a CGCC user's point of view
Oh and it is possible to add two numbers

2:02 PM
Is it possible to add two numbers by creating tag synonyms?

I don't have it
@mypronounismonicareinstate Requires 2500 reps

Right. And the prime test?

Ask [first input] questions, ask [second input] questions, view your total number of questions
although that will result in a ban
@JohnDvorak Press F12 and enter javascript

Glorious vandalism record: yay
V
Brain-flak

2:39 PM
What about them?

@HighlyRadioactive Why are you making these edits?

@JohnDvorak Because I don't want Keg to join the competition between 1+ and MAWP.
That is pointless... (I mean, Keg joining the competition is pointless, not "I don't want Keg..." is pointless)

The question doesn't specify a language

V is golfy
Brainflak is not golfy
@JohnDvorak ik

I can think of a wide number of tasks where brain-flak would be significantly shorter than V

2:45 PM
the problem is about Lyxal's offensive message
@James For example?

Squaring a number
Multiplying a number by negative one
Summing all inputs
Counting the number of inputs
Ah, actually now that I think about it, V can multiply a number by -1 in 5 bytes to bf's 6

How long is squaring a number in Brain-Flak?

if you can think of a wide number of tasks where 1+ would be significantly shorter than MAWP I will appreciate you very much.
@James Ah that makes sense

@mypronounismonicareinstate ({({})({}[()])}{})

How long is squaring a number in V?

2:49 PM
I'm too lazy to count that
@HighlyRadioactive I don't know, but it sounds like an unpleasant task

I do not know vimscript, but you might be able to use it and it might be shorter

Haskell, 4 bytes: (^2)

Unless you allow unary output, you could probably do <M-@>ñ<M-@>é*

J, 2 bytes: *~

[every other golfing language], 1 byte: ²
