Q: Cut resistance of a list

BubblerBackground Define a run in a list as a maximal contiguous subsequence of identical values. For example, the list 0 0 0 1 1 0 3 3 3 2 2 has five runs of lengths 3, 2, 1, 3, 2 respectively. (Think of run-length encoding.) Then define a cut operation as removing one item from each run of a list...

Is audio analogue of the create image with all colours challenge original and worth posting?
If yes, sandbox it or just post "directly to production"?

So everyone here, I have a question:
apparently bonuses in challenges are really touchy; it usually ruins the challenge, doesn't pose a challenge, or becomes tedious
So... quite big disincentives, but on my new golfing challenge I want to include a bonus, so I spent the last half-hour trying out stuff in Stax (staxlang.xyz), in which I'm pretty bad in.
One code snippet with the bonus measured 31(.5) bytes, and one without measured 21 bytes, so it doesn't really pose a challenge, right?
But, for some reason, I really don't like golfing languages just taking over the fancy functional languages
(example: Jelly, thanks Dennis)
OK, never mind. My monologue for 7 lines of chat room text was for really nothing because I'm changing my idea for it; I guess this is kinda irrelevant
So... my new question: should I change my current challenge to mandate the bonus to promote functional languages (because golfing languages are "taking over" code golf); the functional languages probably have longer code for the "letter value counting" part but have shorter answers for the "bonus" part

@Vi. sandbox always recommended

@Anush Is idea itself of such a challenge worth pursuing? [population-contest] things may be discouraged.
I only see few new such questions and many of them are closed.

Q: CPU+RSP (CFC2+CTC2 in SSE)

PereI just saw this on twitter: https://twitter.com/ares_emu/status/1265984489710182400 The code is not mine (see tweet OP), and I don't understand any of it really, but I was curious to know if someone else was able to optimize this further.

Q: Brainfuck movement

Adam AbahotA normal Brainfuck program starts out with an array of cells, all containing the number 0. This program, on the other hand, must be able to run starting with any number x in the leftmost cell. The only rule is that at the end of program execution, the "pointed-to" cell must be cell x. (The leftmo...
