CMC: "Round" off a number by changing `1`s to `0`s, `2`s and `4`s to `3`s, and `5`s and `7`s to `6`s. You can drop any resulting leading `0`s.

@Adám you can take it as a string, it's just a silly character translation exercise
@Adám `9`s contain no straight lines in my default handwriting, so they are "round" numbers.
