Q: Circles in a square

CMC: "Round" off a number by changing 1s to 0s, 2s and 4s to 3s, and 5s and 7s to 6s. You can drop any resulting leading 0s.

@Adám you can take it as a string, it's just a silly character translation exercise
@Adám 9s contain no straight lines in my default handwriting, so they are "round" numbers.
