Been out of the game for a while, but a question for the Python golfers: what's the shortest expression to create a list of the first 100 nonnegative squares interweaved with the first 100 nonnegative cubes? (i.e. [0, 0, 1, 1, 4, 8, 9, 27, 16, 64, 25, 125, 36, 216, ..., 9801, 970299])

Q: Josephus problem with k=2 and starting at 1
