@200_success Are you suggesting that questions seeking an explanation of code or the results of code should be on-topic?
@h.j.k. If only... comparative-review is usually "here's two pieces of code that do the same, review them both." I'm not sure you're going to win any arguments here based on how it effects comparative-review questions when several people here consider comparative-review questions to be a terrible fit for the site already anyway and would be all for a new closure reason that helped closing these questions...
